Michelle Burdette, RN, serves as the Clinical Director at IV Essence & Aesthetics and leads all clinical operations and patient care standards. She brings decades of hands-on nursing experience and is deeply involved in medical mission work around the world, coordinating and participating in multiple international missions each year to provide care in underserved communities.

Michelle is known for her clinical precision, compassionate leadership, and commitment to patient safety—ensuring every IV therapy experience is professional, comfortable, and individualized.

Medical Director

Dr. Hector Caraballo, MD—known as Dr. C—is the Medical Director at IV Essence & Aesthetics and a board-certified physician with extensive experience in acute care medical settings. Through years of frontline practice, he recognized the need for greater access to innovative IV therapies that support health and recovery outside hospitals.

Dr. C oversees all medical protocols, ensuring IV therapies are evidence-informed, medically appropriate, and delivered under strict clinical supervision.
